The staff at the reception desk were amazingly kind. The guest room was fashionable and had comfy pillows. The hotel is centrally located near a motorway, making it convenient for travelers.

The location was peaceful - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Dinner and breakfast food was brilliant.

The staff were professional, warm, polite and most accomodating. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Taunton.

In the room all what you would like to have a good stay away from home flat screen tv with internet and movies and cable and sports channels good sofa to lounge on phone tea coffee kettle a mini bar hair driyer and iron and board and desk area to work good clean bathroom bedroom air conditiond and has add wall heating the bed very comftable and I had good nights sleep and the plus side having a good range of food at the bar and the nignt staff wear very helpfull thier is 24 hr food room service

Food portions are on small size and presantaton could be inproved and it would be nice to have food cooked and not thrown down in front of you a bit of customer service skills would help . managment need to sort out staff not to brag about ripping customers off and how much thy have taken in front of house any hotel staff paperwork should be done in private and any telling off not in ear shot off customers plse this is good grade hotel dont loose it

The staff at the reception were amazing, the breakfast was fantastic, and I even received a complimentary upgrade to a double room with a bath - a lovely surprise.

The particularly good and unbeatable location for the price, really close to road network, the motorway junction and Taunton for a function. Also, in the restaurant serving breakfast. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. Main bar and good pool.

The Holiday Inn Taunton M5, Jct25 is a comfortable and bright place with pleasant employees at the reception desk. The location is magnificent, next to a restaurant serving great food, St Audrey Bay, Minehead, and the coast. The refurbished restaurant offers hot cuisine.

The hotel was up to the usual high standards of Holiday Inns and provided everything that might have been expected plus. The room was fully equiped with everything we needed including a sensible size modern flat screen TV. Health Club and Pool facilities were good and certainly no complaints with the dining facilities.
